Fresh off the press - Austin Sea Veggies Tee

My new work with Blue Dog Printing has been fun – the second design project was for Austin Sea Veggies. I redesigned their logo for placement on tees, business cards, banners, etc. ASV is an aquaculture farm that grows a seaweed called Ogonori.

“Ogonori is great in seaweed salad and many other veggie dishes. Treat your sea veggies like any other leafy green or herb. We sell them fresh and raw so you can enjoy them however you like!”

I researched some images of the seaweed and found the color and shape really interesting. The illustrated flowy sea-branch was placed around the existing logotype and printed on three different shirt colors. This dark gray was my favorite – I love the play between the bright lettering and the subdued, natural-toned seaweed. Soon I will be getting a look at more business collateral.
